  • If you are under the age of majority, a parent/guardian must review and accept these Terms.
  • You must not be barred from using the service under applicable laws.

We may request verification (e.g., age or identity) if required for compliance, fraud prevention, or safety.

Accounts Security

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activities under your account, including actions taken by anyone who accesses your account.

What you must do

  • Use a strong password and do not reuse it elsewhere.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Keep your contact information up to date.

What we may do

  • Disable or suspend accounts for security or policy reasons.
  • Require a password reset after a suspected breach.
  • Limit sign-ins to protect against credential stuffing.

You may close your account at any time. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

Payments Billing

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply. All sales are subject to our refund policy and any plan-specific terms presented at checkout.

  • Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it may renew automatically until canceled. Renewal timing and price (if changed) will be displayed at the point of purchase or in your account area.
  • Trials and promotions: Trial periods may convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Chargebacks: Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Refund note

If a refund is granted, we may revoke access to the refunded content. Timing of funds depends on your payment method and bank.

Liability Legal

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Media Literacy Courses and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Liability cap

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the last 6 months for the service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In that case, these limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.
